For Smole d.o.o., a specialist in cycling equipment, we stepped in to enhance the user experience on their existing Magento 1 webshop, originally developed by another provider. Our work included: a redesign of key conversion touchpoints, including the homepage section, minicart, and checkout flow, integration of Google Analytics 4 for better data tracking and insights and implementation of Leanpay installment payments, enabling flexible financing options for customers. The goal was clear: streamline the purchase journey and make the shopping experience more intuitive and conversion-focused. Despite working within an existing system, we delivered targeted improvements that made a measurable difference – proving that even incremental changes can create a significant impact when guided by user-centric thinking.
